Technical Sales / Account Manager

Location: Remote role based anywhere in the US

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a range of mRNA and Oligo-related products and services to pharma and biotech companies.
• Use business and technical knowledge to drive lead generation and account growth.
• Build an active funnel of new client relationships and open opportunities to facilitate continuous business generation.
• Grow sales within the assigned geographic territory to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Serve as a voice of customer to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company’s products and services.

 Primary Qualifications

• Minimum of a BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline (MS or PhD preferred)
• 3+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in the nucleic acid field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented, with demonstrated ability to sell products to and maintain relationships with pharma and biotech companies
• Strong scientific background with an understanding of nucleic acid-based drugs. Knowledge of GMP manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to travel ~30% of the time
